Unable to log in to WordPress account.

When I try to log in to my WordPress account, it says that my email/username is not registered with WordPress. However, I can access my account through the blogs I write that are emailed to me. When I open it that way, it does not require me to log in. From the site I can go to my account settings, and verify that my email/username are correct. Is there a way to fix this?

To my knowledge I don’t think I have multiple accounts, but I suppose it could be possible. This is the site I’m trying to log into. The error message says the user name is not registered on WordPress.org.

I see that the site https://outdoorramblings768671137.wordpress.com/ is correctly listed as being under your @arthurhopkins account so you should be able to access it using the same login you used to leave this forum post. You would not access it at
https://login.wordpress.org/wp-login.phphowever, primarily because this is wordpress.com, not wordpress.org.If you visit this page are you able to see the dashboard of your site? https://wordpress.com/home/outdoorramblings768671137.wordpress.com/
On the left (on that page) you should see options to manage your blog posts, pages, media, and other options. If you do not see that, what do you see instead? An error message of some kind?
