Unable to log in to WordPress dashboard

  Hello,

  I am contacting you because I am unable to access the WordPress dashboard. Usually, I would be automatically redirected into my account through clicking ‘edit site’ on GoDaddy, however, ever since I installed an SSL into Sailabeauty.com, it now asks me to enter my username and password, which I do not have. I have tried every possible username and password combination, yet nothing seems to work. When I click lost password, it takes me to a page on my website which states “page cannot be found.” I have already contacted GoDaddy and was on an hour-long chat with them yesterday and all they did was refresh the settings in the hosting section and told me to wait a couple hours then try to click lost password again. This did nothing and I am back at square one. I have accessed my PhpAdmin and looked for the user and password but even those do not work. I have even changed the password from PhpAdmin itself, but still nothing. At this point, it seems as if I do not even have an account with WordPress, which does not make sense as I have been editing my website through WP for days now. This whole situation has just been really stressful and frustrating so if someone could please assist me with logging in that would be very much appreciated. I just want access to my site again!

  Additionally, when I go through the regular lost password page, it says there is no account with my email/username and I have tried every possible email and username.

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
