unable to log in via hosting

  Hi the guy building my site cant log in via the hosting service i have with namecheap for whatever reason. any help will be appreciated

  Correct account: Yes

  The guy building my site can log in using my credentials but says he installed hosting which I have with namecheap into WordPress but now he can’t log into my WordPress account via the hosting

  This is the host WordPress.com not Namecheap so perhaps you (or the person building your site there) should reach out to them?
