    Good day house.

I’ve been trying to log into my “Wp-admin dashboard” page on browser, but it only bringing up “username and password” which but always brings both with “Login with WordPress” option.
I do log into my Wp-admin dashboard through “Log in with WordPress” option but since this option isn’t coming up again I’m unable to get access to my Wp-admin dashboard.

I mean, like you’re trying to log into your site dashboard from browser which normally bring two options as “Log in with WordPress” and “Username/email & password”. But I uses “Log in with WordPress” and this option not coming up again.

Pls what could have caused it and how do I log into my Wp-admin dashboard.

Tho I have two sites attached to the below email account.
Pls help me on how to get access to my Wp-admin dashboard.

    Thanks
    Zionstars

We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is self-hosted. According to the error I get when I go to your site, it seems you have exceeded the bandwith limit set by your provider. You must contact their support to see if it’s possible to buy extra bandwith.

The bandwidth is not the main problem sir/ma, it just that the login page isn’t bringing up “Log in with WordPress”. So I can access my Dashboard.

That site is in no way connected to a wordpress.com account for login. You can log in at https://www.zionstars.com/wp-login.php using the credentials you choose when you set up that site.

Ifyou need further help, take a look in the wordpress.org documentation – https://wordpress.org/documentation/ – or post your question in the wordpress.org forums – https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Frank, thanks for your help. I found the cause of the problem.

This would be the 2nd times Jetpack app will be causing issues of login for me. Maybe upon updating the app it went ahead to put off “Login with WordPress” settings, Off 2nd verification and some other features.

    Thanks.
