Unable to log into account.

    Hello. I opened an account with Hostgator a few days ago, and migrated my website, arqmusic, to it, also downloading the free WP package. The migration appears to be successful, though I also intend to add Optimizepress in order to develop the site. My problem is that I cannot log into the Hostgator site; my normal password is rejected, though I can log into my WordPress account. I really don’t understand what is going on- can you help please?

    Hi there!

    In this case you have to use your Hostgator login, if you having problems to log in, unfortunately, you’ll have to contact the Hostgator support to get help.
