Unable to log into another account AND not receiving reset emails

  When I tried to log into my other account, it says it is “locked due to precaution” and that I have to reset my password. Fine.

  But the reset emails never came, no matter how many times I tried.

  I tried to recover my account by filling the form. It asks for transaction ID, activation code, etc. My account was transferred in from MSN Space. I don’t have any of that.

  Now I am stuck. Can’t log in. Can’t reset my password.

  Could someone from WordPress help?
