unable to log into blog

  got following error – Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home4/ginnyd/public_html/wp-content/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/ihaf.php on line 102. able to log into wordpress. but got unable to fetch plugins. no plugins shown.
