Unable to log into my account to cancel my service

    I would like to cancel my account and get a credit on my credit card. I do not wish to continue with my website or domain name. You have recently charged me and I would like a credit. It is very difficult to reach you.

    Hi there, if you have an upgrade plan on your WPcom site, your query would have been routed to WPcom’s Happiness Engineers rather than here in the forums. That’s a good indication that you might need to be logged in with a different username account to the one you are using to post here to the community forums.

    What upgrade, on which site, would you like to cancel?

    The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here has never bought any paid upgrades from us, and only owns a free site.

    If you have an upgrade with us, it was bought under a different account, as @justjennifer suggested above.
