unable to log into the admin site

  I am not able to log into my admin site (i.e. the page does not even load for me to put in my credentials)
  http://www.ninamingioni.com/wp-admin/
  I get:
  This page isn’t workingwww.ninamingioni.com is currently unable to handle this request.
  HTTP ERROR 500

  This has been going on for several days. I get this on two different computers and different browsers.
  Where do I go from here???

  Hi there!

  These types of errors are usually caused by plugin conflicts.
  Your site, however, is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
