Unable to log into Word Press

I can log into iPage and my website seems fine but I am unable to log into Word Press itself. This message is sent from an account that I (apparently) just created & is empty. If I click on my previous WP bookmark, I’m taken directly to my webpage & unable to navigate to WP.

Hey there, could you confirm what site you need help with? I ask because we aren’t affiliated with iPage. We’re a separate host, so it’s possible you just need to log in using another url. Send a link to the site, and we’ll help you get pointed in the right direction.

This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
This means our support is limited with this site.
It looks like the wp-admin page is redirecting, but I was able to access this login page here: https://www.michaelhauty.com/wp-login.php

Thanks so much for directing me back to my iPage/Word Press dashboard.
The link you supplied is working well.
I still don’t know if it was me or a glitch that caused the redirect initially.
Also, the info on the differences in open source v proprietary software is edifying.

I am unable to log in to my wordpress account. jatars.wordpress.com although the password was correct. Then I tried a password reset although my password was absolutely correct. I got a link to change the password, which I did but still unable to log in. So I tried logging in with Apple, and this does not give me access to my dashboard. This is very confusing! I have two wordpress accounts and I have not yet tried to log in to other one. Right now I want to log in to jatars, but I do not know how to.

I just tried to log in to my other site, which has a different user name and different email address and was able to log in. Through that I could access the jatars blog too. This was very confusing but right now my problem is solved.
