Unable To Log Into Word Press

  I am not able to log into my WordPress Admin dashboard. When I go to the log in page, and type in the credentials (which worked without issue yesterday), the page thinks for a second, then returns to the same log in page. When it returns to the same log in page, the credentials are no longer there (i.e. User Name and Password are once again blank). It just keeps looping like this no matter how many times I try to log in.
  
  Here is what I have tried:
  – Clearing the cache on the main browser
  – Trying to open the Admin dashboard on multiple other browsers
  – Resetting the password (does not work for some reason)
  
  The site still appears to be live, but this is a serious problem.
