Unable to log into WordPress

  Hi I have emails saying that my account rps.care was renewed (domain and suite) under my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) However when I go to log on it says that there is no username. I would like to transfer that domain to another site or cancel it. Please help me

  Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site. Once you’re logged into the right account, here’s how to transfer the domain:
