Unable to Log Into WordPress Admin

Hello,
I have several wordpress admin sites for various domains. The one I am unable to log into is http://tonestepa.com/wp-admin yet I have noticed when I enter this it has a lot of code and some of it says redirect.
As such, I am trying to enter my username and password that have been set by my web hosting company but when Word press asks me for my username and password and I say ‘forgot password’ the username and email I have associated with the WordPress account do not work and WordPress says ‘ERROR: There is no user registered with that email address.’ why is this not recognising me and how can I log in please?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Looks like you actually need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. To clear up some confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are not the same.
Your login and password reset is on your site, and not via WordPress.com. These pages are helpful to learn how to overcome login issues on WordPress powered sites not hosted at WordPress.com:
