Unable to log tickets with support

Hi, I’m unable to use the livechat or email functions as it shows ‘Unknown site’ for the site input area, and I’m not able to change this.
I manually migrated our website over (no plugins used) so I think this might be the reason.
I need to log a ticket of a sensitive nature.
