Unable to login

This is not my WordPress username. I had to sign in with Google to get to this support page. When i attempt to use my WP username, I get an ‘this username does not exist’ error. When I enter my credentials (ive had this account under my company’s business account for over a year now) I get an error message ‘the site is experiencing technical difficulties…’ My admin gave me her UN/PW and I am not able to login using those credentials either. I get an error message indicating the credentials are incorrect. This has been occuring for over a week now. thanks!

@amiegharris what username have you been using?
You can also try using the email address that received the invoice. If the password is incorrect, you can reset it using that address.

I am getting 2 different error messages for over a week now.

I tried on a different computer and received the “password is incorrect”
I am unable to do my job. -
The WordPress.com account you’re currently logged in as does not have access to the site, so there isn’t much we’ll be able to do for you here.
Check your emails for your receive from purchasing the Business plan, you’ll need to be logged into WordPress.com under _that_ email address.
