  unable to login

  Have tried numerous times, I am certain that I used the correct password as I had it written down. Anyway, I have requested a new password twice, each time copied and pasted, to no avail. Am still unable to get in the door so to speak.

  Did you try typing the password in instead of copying and pasting?

  I didn’t think about it as it is a 12-character thing. All kinds of characters. But will give it a try, thanks
