Unable to login

Hello,
I have a website (mellofitness.com) and I am trying to login so that I can update the template layout. The login link doesn’t even allow me to get to the main page with the error displaying ‘@include( ‘template-config.php’ );’
I was told that I need to log into the website to be able to make the change so that the website can function again – but I’m not even able to get to that step.
