Unable to Login

Hi folks, Does anyone know how I can contact a real person at WordPress for help? Long story short, I can’t login to another (paid) account I have. I have tried all the usual avenues and none of it is working:
I can’t login in with a username and password as it only lets me input the username and then when I click ‘next’ cycles back to the username entry rather than the password entry
The ’email me a login link’ option emails are arriving in my inbox so late that they have expired by the time the email turns up,
I can’t contact Support about this particular account because I’m not logged in…
Any help or advice of how I can get back into my account would be greatly appreciated! Cheers!

As you have a paid plan, you must use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that site as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
