  HI,

  BigRock Solutions Ltd.(cloudflare) is hosting provider.
  So you are using wordpress.org software.

  wordpress.com and wordpress.org are slightly different.
  https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  So you have to contact your hosting provider.
