  Hello,

  I am the Owner of Hellenes1st.wordpress.com. I am UNABLE to login to website. Today, I discovered my login ID has changed from hellenes1st to hellenes1st1ee6dc2087. My understanding is my ID was “hellenes1st”, period. Now, I can NOT open my website’s dashboard. I tried to get help from your Virtual Assistant but it suggested to contact help@wordpress.com.I did but my email message bounced!!! So, the virtual assistant suggested that I seek help here.

  Please HELP me, HELP me, HELP me!!!!

  Hi,

  The username hellenes1st was created about 3 years ago, and still exists. The username hellenes1st1ee6dc2087 was created about 11 months ago. These usernames represent two accounts that necessarily have different account email addresses.

  A new account (and username) can accidentally be created when attempting to do something else. It appears that a new account was accidentally created ~11 months ago. The hellenes1st account still exists.

  To access the hellenes1st while the newer account is open, I’d recommend using a different browser. Otherwise, it will be necessary to log out of the newer account, and clear cache and cookies, before attempting to log into the hellenes1st account on the same browser used to access the hellenes1st1ee6dc2087 account. Let us know if you need further assistance with resolving this issue.
