Unable to login as not receiving password reset emails

  I am unable to access the WordPress website I use because I cannot remember my password, and when I hit the password reset button, that information isn’t coming to my designated email address nor any other email I use. (Incidentally, I’m only able to post this comment because I have another WordPress username for a different site). I know that there are three things you can supply to gain access to the site, but I don’t have any of these i.e. two-factor authentication or the original PIN code by email when I originally opened the site. Any help gratefully received as it looks like this account will remain dormant unless I can magically restore access. PS – the website is pnabarro.wordpress.com.
