Unable To Login (Email Address Not Found)

I am unable to login to WordPress.com to work on my site (www.LearnGuitarAustin.com). WP does not recognize my email address, the account recovery tool does not work, and WP says my account can’t be found, despite providing numerous receipt and transaction ID numbers.
How can I access my wordpress.com account?

I created the wordpress.com site and then upgraded. BlueHost has been less than helpful.
My main problem is simply that my blog post sidebar is not updating. I should have two posts: “Guitar Accessories” and “Chord Progressions.” Only “Chord Progressions” shows up. I’m not sure where my “posts” go when I make them. I am trying to find the page the posts go so I can use that link to type as the blog address in my sidebar widget.
I can’t access the WordPress support because somehow my account information is deleted. Because I can’t login, I can’t access the support. Because my account information was deleted, I can’t login.
I submitted my account for recovery, but I haven’t heard anything back from WP.
Any help would be appreciated.

That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
