unable to login in gravtar

    Sir…. my domain is spaceinfinity.in . And I am unable to login directly by wordpress. I am also unable to make my gravtar profile , actually it,s not getting verrified . Will you please help me out .

    Looking at the domain I can see it’s actually registered through GoDaddy and the current name servers are pointed to dns-parking.com. It’s not actually connected to WordPress.com in any way.

    Did you plan on using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com? Otherwise, the way things look, you are set up on the open source WordPress.org software. These are 2 different things.

    The way things are now, we can’t provide any help because the site isn’t in our system. I’m happy to help you move things over if you think that you’ll need help with the project. The open source WordPress.org software doesn’t have support like WordPress.com.
