Unable to login my account

I am not able to login my account because my authenticator app is not generating the code to login, I have changed my device recently and sine then it is unable to generate password.

In that case you can use one of your Backup Code you received the moment you did set up your Two Step Authentication.

“If you lose your device, accidentally remove the authenticator app, or are otherwise locked out of your account, the only way to get back in to your account is by using a Backup Code.”

What is the address of the site you are unable to log in to? If you let me know, I can send an email to the address on our system and we can look at the next steps there.
How do I access the Backup code ?
You would have given the option to print backup codes when two step authentication wasn’t enabled. But as @staartmees mentioned, you would have needed to print a copy at that time — accessing them won’t be possible if you are unable to login.

Hi there,
I have sent a single authorization code to the email associated with the account, so that you can temporarily disable two step authorization and regain access to your account.
