Unable to login or change password

Yesterday while moderating a post, I clicked on a persons username/blog and was taken to a page that said this persons blog was protected and that I must login to view. Since then, I have not been able to login to my account. I have tried many times to change my password, but the process does not complete. I received a confirmation Email from Wordress asking me if I want to change my password, but when I click the link it has an error message something to the effect of the key being invalid. When I fill out the change password form it tells me that I will recesive a new password via email, but I never receive that email. I have checked my spam filter/file and the messages are not there. I have emailed support, but no response. I opened a new acct. to be able to post this to forums. Thanks in advance for helping!

This support forum is for WordPress.com hosted blogs only. If you have a self-hosted WordPress blog you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums, not here.

My account is with WordPress.com. The drop down box doesn’t allow for me to specify the blog address in question because I can’t log into it. http://lisalamoreaux.wordpress.com

While logged out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.
Otherwise you will have to wait for staff to contact you.
