Unable to login or even pull up website

I am unable to pull up my web page to add a new post or anything. Every other website works on my computer besides WordPress.com. Is anyone else having issues? I just want to write and I’m not sure why it isn’t working for me. It’s operating very slow which made me think my internet connection was bad. However, all other sites work fine but this one has a “failed to load” message every time. PLEASE HELP!
