Sites hosted here at WordPress.com are not able to change http into https. All sites here are already https.
It looks like the site simpleonlineplace.com is a self hosted WordPress site. Here is the difference.
The support over here is only for sites hosted on WordPress.com. You will have a better time getting support for your issue over at the WordPress.org support forums.
