Unable to login to admin page

  issue: unable to login due to a secondary authentication plugin to send verification to mobilephone. phone number has since changed and i do not have the SIM. It just keeps going in a cycle wheere i try to login but it asks for verification code which is not received at my end… It lets me reset the password but then sends the verification code to mobile …

  Goal: To be able to login to the backend and remove that phone verification plugin or update it to new number.

  Please advise how to do that. PLEASE HELP!

  Thanks for that.. Ive been trying to get their attention.. they seem to be away… sitting here like a hawk waiting for them to sort this one out… arghhhh

  @fareena123 – I added “modlook” to the tags of this forum thread earlier. Usually a staff member is around to help within a day, however, I found out that support was closed for several days and just reopened today (21st). They probably have a backlog of support requests to work through and will hopefully get to yours shortly.
