Unable to login to admin panel.

URGENT –
i havent logged into my page for a while. http://www.eatlovepack.wordpress.com
Today I reset my password but i keeping getting a prompt to say verification code has been sent to my mobile.
But my mobile number has since changed and i cant update my profile unless i log in.
Bottom line is that i am unable to log in to the backend of my site.
I need to login to my backend and remove the plugin for second verfitication by mobile phone… but i cant remove it till i get a successful login.. PLEASE HELP ASAP
i have created this account just to get to this forum i couldnt even get support from my usual eatlovepack page because i cant login!
