Unable to LOGIN to existing account

  We tried to login to our WordPress site and WordPress.com/log-in states our user doesn’t exist. User: Karina Yanku, Email: (email visible only to moderators and staff). PLEASE advise. We NEED to make CHANGES to our site asap.
