unable to login to my account

  I am unable to login to my account. It’s asking me for my email address user name. This is the first time i’m experiencing this and I do not remember my login ID or my password. Please help.

  Exact same issue. Can’t log in or stay logged in.
  All of a sudden I keep getting asked for my credentials, getting rejected, and then blocked altogether for too many login attempts.
  Anyone home?
