Unable to login to my account

    Hi i am getting the following error when im trying to login to my wp-admin page. Its says:

    This site can’t be reached
    The web page at https://playchat.com.au/wp-admin/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
    ERR_SSL_UNRECOGNIZED_NAME_ALERT

    Ive looked at a forum online and one person said customer support solved his issue by changing the ip address. Their case ID was 00D36qEW6._50036dOPVh

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

    Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:

    https://wordpress.org/support/forums

    Or as the error refers to SSL, you might also need to contact your hosting provider, as SSL on your domain is configured on their end.
