Unable to login to my admin website

  Hi there,

  Our website is http://www.sproutwellness.ca and we have been unable to access the admin dashboard to make any edits and manage purchases and contacts.

  Please assist.

  Hi,

  It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost. In our case that host appears to be BlueHost.

  We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For WordPress specific help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  But given the situation you are reporting, I would encourage you to contact your webhost’s support team as it seems like that may be where the issue is located.
