Unable to login to my current site, redirected to my old site

Hi Folks,
I’m having a bit of time installing and running WordPress for my blog http://iheni.wordpress.com. The WordPress folk who help with free installs kindly sorted me out after which I downloaded WordPress and have (I think) uploaded the files to FileZilla.
Once I’d done that I wasn’t sure what to do next and how to view my files. I’d downloaded a theme for example and uploaded that but couldn’t see it in the themes page in WP. So next I went to the options page to change the URL to link up with my file directory set in FileZilla which I *thought* was http://www.iheni.com/blog.
Anyway, seems now I can’t even log into my site. Instead of being able to access my blog I get an old one I set up and never used at http://henny.wordpress.com.
So my questions are:
1. How can I log in to my current site
2. How can I have the url http://iheni.wordpress.com redirect to http://www.iheni.com and be sure I can access http://www.iheni.comAny help much appreciated…am pulling my hair out!
