Unable to login to my previous account

  My previous account which I have deleted for changing of mail ID, I am unable to open the new account with the same username and web address. I don’t need any data from the previous account as it was a new account, but I need the domain name which I am unable to change.

  Hi @sanchalisb,

  You cannot reuse the deleted username and web address. Instead, I can recommend you get it recovered, for that, I am tagging in Staff to help. Please hold on a sec as they work their magic!

  Also, will you provide the address to your deleted site?

  Hi there,

  As @austinsangs already mentioned, deleted usernames and addresses cannot be reused. However, if your old account hasn’t been purged (30 days after deletion) it’ll be possible to restore it, and then you can transfer the site to your new account.

  So, what’s the username, email address, or site address you had before?
