  I can’t remember the username or password.I paid 396 dollars by visa and account recovery wont accept my transaction code by bank as a receipt to help me. i will take this to disputes if they don’t solve it for me if I have to. I dont want to because I want the site

  Hi there, instead of being logged into your current account, you must be logged into martintheshopper .

  You can then log into that account to access that website. If you’ve forgotten your details, please follow the Account Recovery process: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  @torres126 is correct — you will need to log out of simsovicmarty and log in with the username martintheshopper to edit this site. Are you able to log in with that information? The password can be reset with that username if you are unable to remember it — this will send an email to the address connected to that account.

  If not, please let me know so we can look at the next steps.

  We’ll be happy to help with this so there is no need to dispute the payment. Doing so will create a chargeback (fraud prevention tool), lock your account and remove the upgrades from your site. We’d much rather work through logging you back in to the other account instead :)
