Unable to login to my wordpress due to cookies error

    My site uses the Sela theme and I am noticing the page often wont load at all and when it does there are some errors on the page (images are changing aspect ratio). When I attempt to login to fix this I am getting a ‘Error: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output’ message an am unable to login. I have edited both the wp-config file as well as the functions file with lines of code that are intended to fix this issue, as well as allowed all cookies in my browser. The error still wont go away and I still cannot login.
