  My site is hotelharringtonpa.com

  When I login the way I have done for years, this is what I get…

  the site 220houseinn seems to be the only site showing, but I have theis other site as well.

  Your site is not hosted here, on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
