Unable to login to word press or use admin services
-
I recently added an old plugin to a word press site in order to add a reCAPTCHA to different logins and forms surrounding my website which caused no immediate issue. But, this morning I had to login into the wp-admin and the form has come up with the message ‘ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key.’ I can enter my details and see the login button, but it can not be used. Thus, i can not change the site key in word press. How can I gain access to the websites wp-admin page to remove the plugin? Or, how can I remove the plugin without access to admin features?
Thank you.

Hi there,
Can you please let me know your site’s address so I can point you in the right direction of getting support?

Hey,
The address is positiveoffgridsolutions.com.au but the issue occurs when trying to login.
Thank you.

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
