unable to make a new post

  I have 2 blogs with wordpress.com
  1)https://abhilekh.wordpress.com/
  2)https://abhisheksingh19.wordpress.com/
  when I login using ‘abhisheksingh19’ username to my second blog I am able to add a new post
  but when I login using ‘abhilekh’ username to my first blog then I am not able to do a new post as when I click add new post button same screen comes /nothing happens . I understand this is because of some admin role related issue by the way admin for ‘abhilekh’ is ‘abhisheksingh19’ and both are my blogs and I know password of both blogs. Now please guide me how could I be able to make a new post to my 1st blog by logging from ‘abhilekh’
