Unable to make a new post

  Since clicking on a note mentioning updates, I’ve been unable to make a new post. The screen goes white and not even hitting F5 works.

  I’ve tried clearing the cache, going to a default theme, and have attempted to disable the plugins. Nothing has worked to fix the problem. All I would like to do is write and post on here. I appreciate your help.
