Unable to make changes to my site

Help!!
I am unable to make changes to my wordpress site of which I am an administrator. When I try to edit a page the area where the “publish” and “update” buttons should appear is blank and surrounded by a dashed box. I have restarted my computer (macbookpro running snowleopard). This happens whether I use safari or firefox browsers.
Solutions, suggestions, anyone?
One other piece of info and not sure if it’s relevant…I have been using the wordpress app on my ipad to edit another wordpress site of mine. Could this have anything to do with this problem?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I don’t have an answer to your iPad question. What you describe sounds like a browser issue to me.
Will you please provide us with some details so we can try to help you?
1. How are you connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com? The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers.
2. Are you using http:// or https:// see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
3.Which browser and version of it are you using?
4. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
5. Is your browser version up to date? You can upgrade any browser version here.
http://browsehappy.com/6. Do you have another browser you can try?

This is so weird and I’m sorry to say I don’t have any other troubleshooting suggestions. Unless another Volunteer has a bright idea that will resolve this for you in the next short while you will have to get assistance from Staff. Here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

Please do not keep posting the same thing into multiple threads. I have answered you here > https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/buils-a-new-site-with-wordpress?replies=3#post-765308 -
Problem solved! After a few emails back and forth with the WordPress support team we discovered that the “publish module” on the edit pages of my site had somehow been moved from the right sidebar to the bottom of the page. I simply did not see it there in that uncustomary position.
