I have a valid card as per your site recommendations and despite that im unable to make payments for upgrading my site.

I can get this sorted. Let me know what kind of message you get when trying to submit the payment.
Does using a different browser help? What about clearing the browser cache?

Hey,
It repeatedly says that transaction declined please try another card.
I’ve already tried multiple VISA and MASTERCARD cards but it does not accept the payment. -

Hi singhaladi,
I’ve looked into this further and the payment was blocked by your bank or card provider. I recommend contacting them for more information and to check whether international payments are supported on your card. This feature isn’t always enabled by default and transactions can be declined if it isn’t.
