  Hi there,

  I checked your account and our system is saying that your card is being declined with the error Your card does not support this type of purchase.

  I know we have a lot of problems with the Bank of India blocking international purchases, including purchases on WordPress.com. I would contact your bank to confirm they are not blocking the payment, and if they are, ask them to allow this purchase to go through?
