  Hi there,

  I know we have a lot of problems with the Bank of India blocking international purchases, including purchases on WordPress.com. I would contact your bank to confirm they are not blocking the payment, and if they are, ask them to allow this purchase to go through? You have been able to make purchases in the past, but I would touch base with your financial institution to ensure nothing has changed.
