Unable to make personal username

  I have administrator access already for one blog but I’m trying to make a personal username and it’s not letting me.

  I’ve had an another administrator invite me, and that did not work either.

  Any suggestions?

  You already have a username (rkschmit), otherwise you wouldn’t have been able to post here. If you want a second username you have to create a second account on wordpress.com with a different email address as you cannot have two usernames on the same account or two accounts on the same email address.
