Unable to Map Subdomain to WordPress Site

    Dear Moderators and Tech Support Team,

    I have pointed a subdomain of which I possess (materials.autium.sg) toward my wordpress site (autiummaterials.wordpress.com). However, I am unable to add the subdomain to my wordpress site still. According to the instructions, I should be prompted to pay for the upgrade and complete the mapping process.

    Can you please check and advice? Thank you.
