Unable to migrate subscribers

  I am following https://jetpack.com/support/subscription-migration-tool/ this link
  but in the last step where select wordpress.com site find blank dropdown.

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  My actual site is https://rupalipanse.com/
  earlier it was hosted on wordpress.com now shifted to nestify server.

  I want to migrate my subscriber to this site from drrupalipanse.wordpress.com but in the last step where select wordpress.com site find blank dropdown.

  Please guide me, on how I can migrate my followers?

  Hi there,

  That’s because you’re not the owner of http://drrupalipanse.wordpress.com/. You’re an admin on that site, but the owner of the site is the username, drrupalipanse, and only a site owner can migrate subscribers.

  Please log into the drrupalipanse account and comment here to confirm, then we can manually migrate the subscribers to https://rupalipanse.com/ for you.

  Hi there,

  You can see both your WordPress.com and email followers from the Users page. Here’s a direct link to that page:

  https://wordpress.com/people/followers/

  I can see 226 WordPress.com and 204 email followers.
