Unable to navigate themes etc

  I have joined WordPress and its a nightmare. I consider myself very computer literate but navigation is virtually impossible. I have found a theme I like and am trying to personalise it but its a matter of clicking in an out continously and I have to go searching to to try and find it if I log out. Please Help it must be easier or I will have no choice but to cancel.

  It seems your account is only a few hours old and it has no website on the wordpress.com platform. What is the URL of your website? If your site is using the open source wordpress.org, their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  There seems to be a complete lack of help. I am unable to find my URL. Cannot work the website, work lost etc. What a rip-off and really should have direct help not just from forums. There is obviously a problem with my WordPress being installed incorrectly, again no help. I should not have to sit through forums to find help.

  We are trying to help you, but we need to know the URL of your site. You say your wordpress was installed incorrectly, this suggests you are using the open source wordpress.org not the wordpress.com platform.

  I found your other duplicate thread in this forum. Your site http://apositivetoday.com/ is using the open source wordpress.org at Bluehost, therefore we cannot help you. The wordpress.org support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

  Thank you so fed up I am canceling. Even going to link provided there is nowhere to ask my questions just “search forums”. Will cancel and spend my money elsewhere.
