  Hi there, just to check – was this in regards to the site https://obermain.my ?

  The reason that I ask is that it does not appear to be hosted with us here on WordPress.com, but uses the WordPress software with a different host instead.

  In order to get help with your website, we do suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:
